About Me
What we are doing to lose weight.
I am living the lowcarb lifestyle. I do not follow a plan of any kind or diet. What I do is eat as low carb as I can. thats it!! We don"t count carbs or calories but we are aware of them. We also workout as often as we can. I workout to the Biggest loser DVD's 5 to 6 days a week and do either boot camp or weight lifting every other day. I only eat out once or twice a month. I do alot of cooking at home these days and it was hard at first but now I really enjoy it!!
I eat all kinds of meat! woohoo. I do have fish twice a week and red meat only twice a week.
I eat all kinds of veg's
I do not use/eat: flour, sugar, pasta, bread, potatoes.
I cook all kinds of lowcarb breads.
I also make lowcarb sweets (pies, cookies ect..) but I only make these a few times a month. We dont eat these everyday. They are our treats..
I do take supplements, drink protein drinks and lots of water!
We eat 5 times a day. Our three meals and two snacks, so I never feel hungry!! Thats the best part!!
